Headcanon voice: Delphini from Cursed Child. I am aware that she has no one set actress and each voice obviously sounds different but this is more for the aesthetic.

A selfish and nasty wolf, Harley would rather be at home with the Iron Council than here. Having been caught in Dawn Pride's territory while trying to seek information for their leader. Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for the Dawn Pride, Frieda had been scouting the area when she found them.
Harley is incredibly antagonistic and enjoys picking on the younger pups, to the dismay of Mica and the parents of said pups. While their dislike of the Dawn Pride is immeasurable, they intend to stay low and cause as little trouble while stuck here so as not to be killed.

It was while Freida was exploring her own that she discovered this wolf. It didn't take long for the queen to recognise the smell of the Iron Council, their enemy, that lingered on the fur of this wolf. Freida overpowered the wolf and took them back to base as prisoner.

Backstory (wip):
There isn't much known about Harvey from the other wolves as she has talen to refusing to tell Frieda anything. She is bitter and nasty but fairly reserved. All that is known is she was close to the mysterious and unknown leader of the Iron Council.
