Biography
The Start
You're curious as to how the Rosewoodmoon pack started and decided to ask the leader herself!
"During a routine hunt with the Rain Pack, Rosewood found herself falling behind after cutting her ankle on a sharp rock. Concerned that she might hinder the others and disrupt the hunt, she hastened her pace. Suddenly, she caught sight of what she believed to be a pack mate and sprinted towards them without hesitation. However, as she drew nearer, she was taken aback to find herself face-to-face with a stranger—a wolf adorned in a breathtaking coat of beige, black, brown, and yellow fur. Rosewood had never experienced such intrigue before. Lost in fascination, she failed to decelerate and collided with the stranger, tumbling down a rugged hillside together. Fortunately, the stranger's nimble paws shielded her head from the harsh rocks as they rolled. When they finally came to a stop, Rosewood found herself cradled in the stranger's embrace, their eyes locking as she opened her own. Gray eyes met hers, accompanied by a warm smile. "Out of all the things that could have tackled me, you are the best possible outcome," the masked stranger expressed, causing a blush to creep upon Rosewood's cheeks. She quickly disentangled herself from their hold and took a step back. "I apologize for running into you. I was in pursuit of my pack, and I mistook you for one of them," she explained earnestly. The stranger nodded, their warm smile unwavering. "It is an honor to hear that. If you wish, I can still become a part of this pack you speak of."
From there things kind of spiraled upwards, we became a mated pair and started our own pack. I had a litter of 2 puppies. Rain and Redrose, both little girls. Not even a few days after I gave birth a new wolf entered the picture. Missy, a kind wolf who joined our pack, she helped with everything from watching the pups to hunting. I see her as a sister and someone I love deeply."
She hopes that that answered your question and asked if you need anything else.
Pack Code
You asked how the pack became like this, as in why things are set up the way they are with the hunters and scouts.
"I once had a dream, a vision that came to me during a time of great turmoil and unease. How could I lead all these wolves joining our pack? Seeking solace and guidance, I turned to my mate, Mask, and shared the details of my dream with him. The Moon, in all its wisdom, revealed to me a new path, a call to establish a new territory and redefine our pack's purpose. Mask stood by me, supporting my revelation.
So, I gathered the pack and we went on a journey to the depths of the magnificent redwood forest, a place that would become our sanctuary, our home. As we settled in, I summoned every member of our pack, gathering them at the base of a fallen log. Standing atop the log, I surveyed the faces before me, the ones who had sought refuge within our pack and helped my pups stay safe. With a deep breath, I spoke to them "You have all sought a place to belong, a place to call home. But thus far, I have not provided the guidance and direction that a true pack requires. Today, everything changes. Last night, the moon graced me with a vision, a message that we must unite as more than just a group of individuals. We shall function as a pack, with each of us fulfilling a specific role."
A moment of silence hung in the air as the wolves absorbed my words. I continued, my voice unwavering, "To symbolize our newfound purpose and to honor these roles, each of you will be bestowed an additional name. From this moment forward, I shall be known as Rosewoodmoon, a testament to the wisdom and guidance the moon has shared with us. Now step forward and the moon shall give you a new role and name in our pack. The Firepelts"
She tells you that's how the packs structure came to be before silence hangs over the two of you.
