As you eavesdrop, it turns out she is telling the two of them about their biological father and how they met. Awkward... but you needed to hear this gossip.
"I had always been the kind of wolf who cherished the warmth and bond of my family. And while my other siblings had ventured off in search of new experiences and adventures, I saw the sadness in my parent's eyes as they left. Not wanting my parents to not have a single one of their children stay with them I decided to stay.
However, deep within my heart, a flicker of curiosity and longing ignited. I yearned to discover what lay beyond the borders of our pack's territory, to experience the thrill of the unknown. The curiosity got the best of me when I saw a strange stranger, a wolf unlike any she had seen before across our borders.
Intrigued by this mysterious newcomer, my adventurous spirit got the best of me. And as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows over the land I ventured towards the stranger. When our eyes mere there was an instant spark. We ended up sharing stories, laughter, and secrets in the moon's gentle glow. It was thrilling.
Reluctantly, the time came for us to part ways. With a lingering gaze and a promise in my heart I bid farewell to the stranger, I didn't even ask for his name which I regret. But his scent clung to me as a reminder of our encounter. When I returned home questions stayed in my mind. Would my packmates and family look down on me? No other wolf has gone out with a stranger. Sure they returned with them but never left them. Luckily my worries were for not, no one spoke of it, and neither did I. Not even when I gave birth to my litter, with the mysterious wolf. However, he never showed his face again. But, at least I have you two, my beautiful daughter Reddawn and enchanting son Blazerose."
