Mercy

Mercy is a small she-wolf with straight fur with a soft yet demanding voice. She was a herbalist, but also one of the three wolves that joined the competition for the role of alpha, and the winner, making her Future Pack's new alpha. At first, not many expected her to gain leadership over the pack, but her mother taught her many important things throughout her life. Mercy isn't one to skim over small details— if you say something once, she'll remember it for life.

Mercy was appointed to be a herbalist apprentice when she was six months old, but wasn't exactly happy with it. She dreamed of being a wolf so great that many would tell her stories for generations to come. She wanted to be alpha. She was planning on switching her role to a hunter when she grew older, but as soon as she learned that her mentor, her grandfather, died of old age, Mercy flopped to her side and took over for him.

Mercy feared that she would always live her life unhappy, but she was determined to run for alpha, and made that clear to all who talked with her. Slowly, over the competition, she switched her personality over, and made sure everyone knew that she wasn't going down without a fight. Mercy cares highly about bringing justice and doing what's right, and used to be described by Ginseng as goody-goody.

Eventually, it ended, and Mercy became the next alpha. As soon as Willow passed, Mercy became alpha. She was proud at first, but the realization of her responsibilities came crashing down on her. Now, it's been years, and she has a good handle of the pack.

Mercy is the daughter of the former alpha, Willow, and the former beta, Colt. She has five siblings: Coral, Kaine, Ivory, Blitzen, and Kenya. Of all of them, Kaine is the only one alive. The rest left to other packs. Mercy and Ginseng went from enemies to lovers after a couple of years, and they now have three pups together: Grace, Husk, and Omen. Out of the three of them, Husk is the only adopted one, and her and Ginseng aren't sure when to tell him.
