Some speculated that he left his home because his brother would be named the successor of their parents’ pack but truthfully, his heart had always wandered further than the river valley he was born into. Ruan set out on a very long journey for such young paws and though he’d left his family, some roots of theirs would always have a hold on him. It is for this reason that he named the pack he now leads after the river valley where his family still resides.
