Pepper was the first member of the pack, Mutilated Lips. He was also Queen Honey's first mate, but decided that he would rather be a pupsitter, not the breeding male.
Because of his adventurous personality, he is great with puppies and all of the puppies love him.
After a long time of pupsitting, Pepper decided to help the pack by becoming a scout.
Pepper became bonded pairs with Maple, the other pack scout.
Pepper begs you for a chance to go out and explore the territory. There's so much to see!
