Julius,
Beta Male, Mars' Right Paw and Second in command
Julius was one of the first wolves to join Mars on his conquest. Having left his birth pack when he was an adolescence, Julius has been a loner ever since. He disliked the weak leadership of his birth pack and so when he was old enough he left. Julius learned to hunt alone taking on small prey such as hares, beavers, muskrats, mice and fish. On his quest to find another pack he met Mars - an agressive reddish male with the makings of a leader. The two of them quickly formed a brotherhood bond travelling together and hunting together. Both being very aggressive and dominant males they often fought for leadership. It was a particularly bloody battle between them that settled the leadership dispute. Mars was the victor while Julius was forced to submit. Their friendship was restored shortly after.
Julius was tasked with recruiting young males and females to join Mars. He brought Mars' mate Venus and a group of young wolves that later became hunters. The day Mars' crew took over the Luna Luceat Pack Julius was the one leading the young wolves into battle. He himself was merciless. After the successful takeover he claimed one of the local females as his mate - Bella.
Now Julius serves as a second in command, most loyal and trusted advisor of King Mars.
