Tempest's Spectre, the third reigning Praetor of Lunisla, following Untamed Blood, is a peculiar wolf. Some might think her one who was gifted with powers but oddly, she has none. The deep storm clouds that seem to follow her or worsen with mood do not seem to be her doing - it's not something she willingly controls or that is connected enough to her actions to be attributed to growing powers.

Even more peculiar is her connection to the Lunar Realms. Lunisla is no stranger to the secondary world, the Idax pack in particular being the main connection the Dreamlands but Tempest herself has never been there nor shows a strong connection overall. Despite this, a large lunar raven has made himself her companion.

Praetor Tempest's Spectre is outspoken and strong-willed, a young Praetor who finds it difficult to unquestioningly trust the Consuls whom she inherited. Lunisla is in peace, the work Untamed Blood did to quell the unrest still holds, for now. Tempest remain vigilant and is keen to thwart anything that would upset the balance they have achieved.
