Alder

Alder is a leader who cares deeply for her pack and its members, she felt that the Forest was the safest place for her pack to start off their journey; partially because she herself was raised in the forest and is accustomed to the shelter and protection the trees provide. Alder was not born into a pack and was left alone when her parents died to a ferocious grizzly bear. Despite her parent's sudden death, she was determined to press on and make a family of her own and not just a family, but a pack. Alder inherited her father's determination and bravery and her mothers affectionate and dedicated personality making her the perfect wolf for the role of Alpha. The pack itself is made up of runaways and loners who Alder has convinced to join her in exchange for protection, food, and the fellowship of others. All pack members respect Alder and have crafted a crown made from the antlers of a deer to honor her role as Alpha. Alder takes her role seriously and is often found watching over the pack, patrolling nearby territories, mingling with pack members, and visiting the new mothers and pups when she has time.
