Okay so I don't know why but it just dawned on me that if Ami or Achiset become the new lead they're going to lose their original role. For Ami, she'll lose her hunting role, which will disturb party synergy, and for Achiset, she'll lose her scouting role, which really isn't too catastrophic but she's a really good scout (and has decent stats) and I don't want to lose her. But if I did lose her she would be the least problematic to lose compared to Ami, she also has higher stats than Ami too. I guess I need to find a 500+ stat adolescent or puppy to be an apprentice for scouting, preferably an adolescent because my lead is going to retire soon. If Ami loses her hunting role, maybe this guy will take the spot in her pack.
