Mace is a very upbeat wolf, and has taken place as Akida’s new mate after Thresh was driven away. His coat is a stunning white, grey smudging his features with amber eyes that stand out all the more.

This broad canine excels in his ability to stalk prey on their hunts, and tends to brag playfully to Uma most of the time. Uma has been around in the Stolz pack since it was small, and Mace always found it amusing to see the annoyance in her face when he would tease her.

Akida was unsure of him at first, her being a tad suspicious of his extroverted nature, but quickly warmed up to him in his numerous acts of bravery and kindness. 

Koba and Tuska may not have been his kin, but he didn't treat them any different. He loved them just the same. After they grew old and set off to start a pack of their own, Mace was swelling with pride.

When Koba and Tuska were pups, Mace usually tried to convince Doyle to cover for him in his place in the hunting party so he could sneak off to see the pups, but Akida had grown used to seeing Mace in the nursery when he was supposed to be hunting. She always found it oddly sweet.
