Deemed an abomination from her former pack, Aoife is a product of incest. Her parents were siblings and their litter was cast out, Aoife being led to believe she was a worthless sin. The young pup could hardly process these emotions and found herself purposely finding dangerous situations in hopes of ending her existence.
She was found by Ghast, Ruaig's most trusted scout and he brought her home. Upon hearing her tale, Ruaig deemed her worthy of becoming one of the Disciples and welcomed her into the pack. The pup who once saw herself as a misfit now found herself surrounded by warmth and love - more emotions she fully didn't know how to comprehend.
Ruaig named her Aoife, assurance that despite her lineage, she was a light in this pack. She grew very close with another pup adopted shortly before she was - a striking pup named Lugh. As they grew and learned together, it was only natural that Aoife deemed him the one she wished to take as a mate.
Later, a pup that took took the name Ulster joined the pack, and it was revealed her was a half-sibling of hers. Though not one of the same inbreeding, they shared a father.
