Oxfoot

Origin

Oxfoot enjoyed a relatively normal and healthy upbringing from her parent pack known as The Flowing Rock Pack. She was named after the color of her claws, being Oxblood, and definitely not after any sort of physical strength. She is more valued for her wisdom and smarts, and therefore was used as a scout in her old pack. The breeding male Alpha of The Flowing Rock Pack was her father and played an integral role in training her, despite having so much other kin.

Her mother did not care much for her after her mothering duties were considered over, as she desired her life as a hunter. This did not faze Oxfoot, as she had many other wolves that cared for her and taught her.

However, shortly after Oxfoot's entry into adulthood, The two Alphas of the pack were killed in a botched moose hunt. From here, a different wolf by the name of Bluetree immediately took over as Alpha, and was decidedly selective over who could be in the pack. Puppies that were not in perfect health were killed or abandoned, as well as other wolves who weren't in perfect condition.

Hoping to start her own pack and escape what was once a happy home, Oxfoot left The Flowing Rock Pack and went off on her own. She knew it was possible she would not survive, in fact, it was likely; but she continued on, soon stumbling upon Tala and making the deciduous forest her home.

Oxfoot met Whiteclaw and together the Amberwatch Pack was formed.
