Artemis formed her pack after leaving her birth pack. the young she-wolf often had disagreements with her pack leader, her uncle. You see, Artemis was not born into her birth pack. Her adoptive mother, Briea, had met Artemis's biological mother, Belia when she was just a foolish yearling, Belia had been bred by a rogue, her pack refused to keep the bastard pup, so she was forced to hide the pup. She met up with Briea in secret one night, giving the whimpering whelp to the older, more experianced she wolf, to raise as her own. It helped that Artemis took after her father's looks, who conviently looked similar to Briea. Making it easy for Briea to intregate the whelp to the pack of her brother in law. However the male, never truly accepted Artemis and made it well known within the pack. Artemis always felt she needed to prove herself in her own pack. Therefore, when Artemis turned a year old, she left her pack and all she'd ever known, to create her own pack. Now Aileen is a middle-aged adult. She's formed a respectable pack who is respected amongst other packs. Artemis, known as Queen Artemis amongst her members, is well respected amongst her pack, though it's clear they're are certain wolves she gets along with better then others. None the less, Artemis values every single member of her pack individually and her pack has grown to respect and admire her as well.
