When a group of human hunters set up a campsite along the border of Noblemoon's birth pack's territory, the pack Leader thought it best to leave. Nobody stayed together except for mated pairs and families. Wishing each other luck on their journeys, they all set off in different directions, hoping to find safer homes. Eventually he established a territory with his mate, Greymoon, and some other disperser wolves who joined them on Mt. Chesmer, and formed the Chesmer Mountain pack.
