One of the few wolves who traveled to the mountains with Rain, Aspen has been with the pack since it's inception. He's an excellent stalker, a pleasant packmate, and a trusted friend and mentor.
Easy going and laid back when not sniffing out prey, Aspen is easy to talk to. He has a relaxed approach to life, living by a philosophy of "if it's meant to be, it will happen". He doesn't like to expend excess energy where it's not necessary, instead saving it for what he feels is actually important. He can't really be bothered to do things he feels aren't worth doing, but will give his all to the things he does find important.
At 6yrs 6mo, Aspen retired from being the pack's stalker to spend his older years relaxing and helping to mentor the young pups of the pack.
