New to the world, Oak is Cypress' son, and already shows great enthusiasm for life. He is observant of his packmates, and his surroundings, often pointing out any changes that he has noticed. His favorite napping place is between Cypress' front paws in the main den area, where he can gaze out at the camp and watch everyone play and train. He admires the Scouts the most, and wants to go on grand adventures like they do someday.

As Cypress' son, Oak has had a wonderfully supportive upbringing thus far. He is cared for deeply by his mother and Maple, and also gets plenty of attention from all the pupsitters. He's incredibly close to his sister Cedar, and the two can often be found playing tag around camp. He continues to show a great interest in the Scouts, often being the first to rush up to Lemon Meringue or Dream when they return to camp, asking a thousand questions about what they've seen on their journeys.

Cedar's brother, Oak, continues to idolize the scouts of the pack, particularly Dream. The panda-marked wolf takes plenty of time to work with Oak on different scouting techniques and skills, and Oak goes starry-eyed every time. He keeps telling his mom he can't wait to grow up, and Cypress gently encourages him to keep enjoying the days he has now.
