"dark as the night she'll end us all" were the words that were hissed by the wolves in her pack when Cherry or better known then as Night walked by. it was considered a curse to have a black coat among her kin, and to have the leader's daughter have this curse was shameful. as soon as Night was weaned her pack abandoned her not wanting her curse to affect them. at first she tried to follow them not wanting to be left by the only wolves she knew until they found out. her mother nearly killed her there and then. running Night found her way to the tree packs land where she passed out to the blood loss. when she woke up Pine was staring at her worry flicked in his vision Walnut was trying to clean her wounds. but fear caused her to lash out and try to attack Walnut until a she-wolf stopped her the she-wolf introduced herself as Sycamore and asked Night if she wanted to join their pack. Night agreed cautiously but asked them to allow her to change her name. she settled on Cherry, with their support.
