Though Adonis finds much pride both in his pack and being the first member, they often remark to other wolves that if Tala hadn't been there to sway Adonis into joining the pack he most likely would've left even before the fumbling and nervous "pack leader" had opened his mouth.
When he first told this story his pack had believed he recited it out of hostility, that he wishes he never joined or that Nuclear is unfit to lead (poor Perseus who had to be taken back to camp mid-scout because he thought that Adonis wanted to leave the pack), but after the twentieth retelling it has become obvious to them that he has a fondness for them and his friend's rocky start (no matter how embarrassing it has become to Nuclear).
Being the first wolf to join the pack, Nuclear and Adonis have a tight-knit relationship.
often seen together on scouts or patrolling the territory they seem to be inseparable, each remarking the other's absence even when one has only left for a moment.
out of the two of them Nuclear seems to be unaware of the rumours spreading through camp, even if his den is only a step away from the nursery a.k.a the hub of all gossip (no one really knows if the pups create the stories or the pupsitters).
Adonis on the other side seems to only ever think about it, scolding the young pack members for spreading what he calls "nettle talk". but it's just because he doesn't like gossip, right?
