Left on the edge of the river bank by a Mother who didn't want him, the little pup was swept into the water during an early Summer storm. Luckily for him, Staffan was patrolling close to the river, and the sounds of a wolf pup crying didn't fail to catch his ears. With the help of the falcon, Forkunnr, the alpha was able to spot the drowning puppy.

Even after pulling the young pup from the water Staffan could not be sure he would survive, the little wolf was unconscious the only signs of life his soft breath and occasional shivers. Passing the pup on to his friend Alva, who had not long lost her own litter, entrusting her to do her best with the little one.

With the help of Frode, Alva was able to get the little pup feeding - it wasn't long after that before he was chasing after his new den mate Mjöll and giving Livia quite the headache.
