"a wolf of gold will bring only suffering" was the prophecy told to Apples packs healer the night she and her littermates were born. her pelt was confusing and stood out among her kins grey and brown fur. she was named Gold because of it and was already quite favourable among the pack. that was until they noticed all the bad stuff that began to happen around them, first a tree nearly squishing one of the elders then two of her siblings dying and more building up slowly till an illness started among the pack. finally the healer spoke up and Gold was banished. she wasn't even a year old at this point and was terrified to even go near another wolf in fear of inflicting her bad luck on them. finally she met Aspen who welcomed her into her pack, easing that fear of only bringing suffering.
