A freckled sized, sapphire pup formed into being. He was given no name, nor did he know his parents name. He knew the wolf only as "mother," the other as simply, "father." His father grumbled all day, speaking of rhythms the pup could not understand. The pup stuck near his mother, allowing him to witness her despair. The pup sat beside her, quietly attempting to comfort her. He wished to understand her pain, yearning to heal her sorrowful heart. Perhaps he should have wished carefully. The pups mother turned to him, "you were my worst mistake.. you and your father!" The anguish in his chest pulsed, he finally knew. For the first time, he understood his mother; her misery. The pup felt like a cloud born to spread her tears. Overwhelmed by grief, he ran. The traveler left the pack on May 19..The pup ran for ages, never looking back. Careless of where he'd end up, his thoughts sank him,

Mother… this throb in my heart, do you feel it too?

Wandering through some of the most desolate places, he stumbled stumbled right into the heart of pack, without knowing it. He had his paws tightly over his ears and eyes as he whimpered.

Was there anyone who had felt the pain he had?

Suddenly the air mingled with sents, and a branch broke. He lifted his head and saw eyes. The forest was snowy and dark, leaving him chilled to the core. A large wolf was sitting on a rock nearby that he must have not noticed. Half his face was covered by a tree's shadow, but those red eyes bore into him. "Why are you crying?" From that moment on he stayed with this pack he had wandered into. There was a certain peace he felt with some of the wolves like Morrowseer
and Gang Orca who had gone through things like he did. Although he had built friendships he felt the world was full of wolves like him, and he wanted to help them know the were not the only ones out there. All For One took him to the edge of the forest and gave him a gift. "Your way will always be lit, trust your instinct." Some sort of magic flowed from the wilderness and lit up his paws, as he tredded away from the pack.

The little wolf made his way to the mountains, his heart heavy not knowing where he was, wondering if someone was missing him or if someone would ever like him. Still in his thought he never noticed that a grey wolf with yellow eyes was watching him for afar. Tsuki the alpha of Taì Yìn pack noticed the young puppy, she didnt want to scare him so she made her way carefully to him. She presented herself to the young puppy and took him to her den, where she gave him a bone. She asked the puppies questions about him but he never answered her, so she gave him a name : Kanashii which mean sadness in japanese. She took care of him like she did with her own puppies until he was ready to go back to his journey.

Sorrowful Traveler—Kanashii as he had been named—arrived in Stars of the Sea soon after he left his last pack. His sorrowful heart, his namesake, was heavy with grief as he trod through the forest. He ran into a small group of rabbits on the way, yet had no willpower to catch them, nor the proper training.
We As he continued on through the rainy woodland, he came across the tracks of another wolf, one who's scent made him tremble with submission. He knew, even at his young age, that he had found the tracks of an alpha.
Feeling reckless, he followed them all the way towards a clearing. There, he spotted said alpha, snow-white with a brown ticked pattern along her back. She slept, leaning against both the soft ground and a white-barked tree. Kanashii wandered up to her, and she awoke. He was afraid at first, yet she was so kind to him he couldn't help but follow her when she tried to lead him away.
She took him to her den and told him he could stay for five days and five nights. She led him to a small cave full of dragonflies, and let him pick one. He did, and she told him that they were his. He thanked her and she led him next to a larger cave with a few pups in it. She told him this is where he was to stay, and left him.
He settled in, and waited until it was time to leave.

Kanashii slept peacefully in the cool depths of the cave. He was awoken by the sound of a stranger approaching - an imposing wolf with a deep red pelt. The stranger looked him up and down. "So here's the pup for sale, huh?"

"For sale?!" Kanashii yelped.

"They didn't tell you, huh?" the red wolf said. "They were trying to sell you off. A young, strong pup like you can fetch a good price. Don't worry, though; I've come to get you out of here. My pack heard through the travelers' network that a traveling pup was in need of rescue."

Kanashii's head was spinning, but he followed the red wolf out of the cave. The wolf's name was Ryle, and he was the leader of the Sun Stealers. Kanashii stayed with them for a few weeks before he grew restless and decided it was time to move on.



Promiscuous Pack: Alpha - Dulce : @Gothflan🏳️‍🌈
The sorrowful traveler arrived just before the beginning of June. He arrived weary and tired so the alpha led the pack to treat the visitor with respect and love just as if he was one of their own. The adolescent trained hard with pup sitters, hunters, scouts, and even the herbalist. He learned much, but an outbreak started. Influenza started spreading, with one of his mentors catching the disease and leaving him to lay his final days in the quarantine den alone. The alpha, Dulce, decided it was time for the traveler to move on for his own sake. He hoped to see her again, thriving and healthy in the near distant future.
