Bluejay

"Hey you! Yeah, you! What's the word?"

This blue-pelted wolf calls loudly from a distance, not so much as bothering to stand to greet you. She lay on her back, head lifted awkwardly to stare over her stomach in your direction. The timbre of her voice is nearly identical to that of that grating scout, Rappahannock.

Bluejay is the eldest daughter of the Shenandoah Pack's herbalist, Falcon. Her father is the auxiliary scout and aspiring Casanova, Rappahannock. There was no love between the two. Falcon mated with Rappahannock with the express purpose of becoming pregnant and producing a litter of pups to bolster the pack's numbers, as this was very early in the pack's history. That said, Falcon wasn't entirely disappointed when just one of her pups -- Bluejay -- decided to remain in the mountains. While she loved her first litter dearly, she was perhaps too hasty in choosing their father. None of them were quite as... sharp... as she'd hoped. Bluejay was no exception.

Scrappy and loud, Bluejay is one of the pack's resident rabble-rousers. She is especially close to Grizzly, Tikaani, and Grizzly's mate, Snowflake.
