Torbin was set to become the next Alpha however he was beaten by Hades and pushed down to beta. In honesty he does feel anger towards Hades but also Is happy that he doesn't have so much to deal with so much work and gets to be happy with his mate Lithrit and pups.

Hade's died without naming a successor, due to this Torbin in his old age was able to reclaim the title and take up his birth right as the Alpha. He lost his mate from complications in pupbirth and has not taken a new mate even though his pack beg him to.
