A loud yelp woke you in the middle of the night. It seems like an annoying fly decided to make a meal out of Khan's rump, who was sleeping far from the rest of the pack, unsupervised as usual. After killing the fly, you helped to soothe Khan back to sleep, before examining his nasty-looking bite. You decide to keep an eye on it for infection.
Leaves? Rocks? Underbrush? Twisted tree stump? Eroded slope? Khan learned to use any environment and its features to camouflage successfully.
Khan yawned, waiting for any bird at all to come. He didn't know if the nesting material was wrong or if it was something else, but figuring it out makes for a valuable lesson.
Khan caught sight of a bushy gray tail darting under a bush and acted quickly under Diablo's watchful gaze. He only managed to catch a clump of gray fur from the squirrel, but his speed was improving!
