Love..Love wasn't something RiderHawk ever thought about when he was younger; His mind always on providing for his pack, and being the best hunter he could be. RiderHawk was quite friendly towards everyone, and became closer to some than others; He wasn't close to SunGlow at first, but then? He did.. slowly. RiderHawk limped into SunGlow's den which was an abandoned rabbit hole then made more spacious to fit the sickly, and her stockpile of herbs. SunGlow tended to him with such a passion that he wasn't sure he ever saw before in his life; She gave him bitter herbs which she scolded that he'd "Better eat them" before whatever reason that he couldn't remember, and he did. RiderHawk wasn't going to argue especially not after she suggested him staying so the wounds wouldn't get infected.
RiderHawk decided to make conversation with SunGlow; She wasn't particularly known to him like the other's were. She was a bit of a mystery; Soon, her tough persona faded giving away such a gentle nature with a big warm heart. He admired her; RiderHawk's fur bristled with warmth she radiated with everyone conversation she had with him. He almost felt sad that he eventually had to leave when he got better, but he had to get back to hunting! Hunting was his main priority..right? His mind became unfocused which caused him to get hurt more other than not, and if he didn't? He went to pester SunGlow anyway.
The sun peaked through the dense forest they called home; RiderHawk was up early hoping to catch SunGlow, but she wasn't there? Was she foraging? Maybe taking care of pups? He had no idea until someones golden glimmered in the sun; It was SunGlow with a mouth full of freshly plucked herbs. The breath left his lungs, and he stilled just admiring the beauty before him; RiderHawk knew in that moment he was in love.
