Dove was a relaxed wolf as far as they could be. A good young hunter, she often stalked into the forest for food. Now that she was off on her own though, this gave her more reason to do so. So when she sees fire erupt in the trees, she is calm and surveys it thoroughly. There is no smoke, and there is no smell of burning ferns, so she slinks closer to investigate. It is there that Tambi sees her beauty and morose slenderness and immediately engulfs her in her flames...
