Itsua was born with a rare eye mutation, granting him poor eyesight compared to his siblings. Despite his disability, he never acted any different than the other puppies and grew very reliant on his sense of smell and hearing rather than sight. Despite this, he was seen as a weak wolf by his packmates, causing his family to be forced to leave. Itsua ended up being on his own.
Itsua trains hard every day to keep his senses keen, easily being the hardest working member of the pack. He has a routine of daily strolls to memorize the packs hunting territories, making him no worse than any other hunter. He is, however, a slightly worse performer on faraway hunts in foreign lands.
