Name meaning 'location' In Latin, A jackolpe named Star was his only friend after being left at the encave by his birth parents. locus was adopted at 3 months by the entire Heruspex of Sirius pack, a pack with a deep connection to the lunar world. In his new home he was dearly loved dispite the stars never speaking to him or the fact he seemingly couldn't learn lunar magic. Though he was very loved he always had a wanderlust and wondered if he had a destiny of sorts. He always felt that there was somthing about him that was not like his family other then his bright coat and lack of magic skill. So at the young age of 6 months and with his family's support, he left to find himself. He isn't sure what he is looking for, but he feels somthing in him that he has to find.

You can pair bond him and breed him but please raise his amusement once you break the pair bond and notify me of any pups. Lore: Locus and Star found themselves lost in the plateaus of the prairie one day, for they were like a maze. Eventually the duo came across an young wolf, not yet an adult but not a pup either, who was hiding in a bush. The wolf saw them and told them that they need to get in the bush because he was playing hide-and-seek and they would give his hiding spot away. Once in the bush the wolf introduced himself as
Dimples and the trio talked in whispers for a few minutes before a large black and red she-wolf found them.
Душа (doo-shah), which was the she-wolf's name, was a pupsitter of the pack of the Тишина (tee-shee-nah) and after hearing Locus's and Star's story, invited the youngsters to stay with the pack for a few months. The two made many friends, wolves and not wolves, during their stay and helped the pack prepare to move to the desert. They stayed with the pack during their return to the prairie. When Locus became an adult he and Star decided to leave the pack.

Lore: Locus and star were just getting a taste for the world of traveling when he was called back home by a messenger bird. They came home as soon as they could and found their pack in shambles. Hunger and depression stung the air. Locus's adoptive mother Oaklan rushed out to great him followed by 4 healthy pups, his new little siblings! She sat him down and explained that the moon and stars were punishing them, no successful hunts for months now and they had no clue why. He took the time to talk to the pack, catching up with everyone when he saw Atlas, his old best friend before he left who he couldn't take his eyes off now. Atlas saw the 2 and ran over to say hello and Locus and her began to catch up as well, immediately Locus began to wonder how he ever left when she was here.The decided they would stay and help with hunts until their family was back on track. Locud and Atlas became extremely close and he began to wonder if maybe he was too fast to give into his wonder last, maybe thie time he would stay.. So for months they hunted and helped and the pack began slowly getting better when one night before a hunt Atlas came up to Star. She confessed she might be the reason the stars are angry, because she begged them for a reason to bring Locus home. She had been worried about him and didn't mean for this to happen. Star was empythictic but knew what he had to do, he first told Duless the pack's queen then ran to catch up with Locus's hunting party. Maybe it was because Star knew staying wouldn't be good for Locus or the fact that Locus was forgetting why they'd even left but Star exaggerated the story. Locus was mortified and his heart sunk, how could Atlas do that? What was going to happen to her now? He didn't even want to see her, his heart was completely broken, and the 2 left right then. forgetting to say goodbyes.. both having immediate regrets but for different reasons

Lore: Filled with mortification and sadness for the situation that had forced him to make the tough decision and part ways from home once more, Locus stumbled into a clearing. The air around him was crisp and the snow crunched beneath his paws; the only sound that echoed in the seemingly empty world. Eventually, more sounds filled the space. Excited yips, howls, and even a few barks.Locus eventually encroached on where it came from; a lively pack.
The pack seemed to be having a festival. Despite the snow falling down heavily on them, their pelts coated with snow, they all danced happily around the, what Locus guessed as the center, of the gathering. The stranger pack spotted him and beckoned him in. Normally not as welcoming as this, nothing could curb their spirits today; today was their day of celebration. Their day of worship towards their deities; the moon, nature, the sun, and the gods who created them.
Locus was quickly welcomed into the pack, the wolves had deemed this a gift from their gods; his arrival on their day of worship. He had stayed until the leaves on the trees, even in this winter wonderland, turned bright orange and began to fall. Perhaps it was a signal for a new beginning and he planned to set off once more.
The wolf was glad to have met these wolves on that day, his once completely solemn self had time to process what had happened and seemed to, at least a little, accept what had happened. Locus paid his respects to the lead wolves, and to their deities, and then said his goodbyes to the friends he had made there. Surely he'd feel sad about leaving, but he knew that the good memories and friends he made would last a lifetime.
With that thought, Locus set off once again for a new beginning.

Traversing deeper into the forests, Locus and Star didn't travel far before stumbling across a strange wolf and, to their surprise, a jackalope. Excited to find a like-minded wolf, Locus eagerly approached them and the pair introduced themselves as
Maharen and Amser. The group talked for a little while, Maharen filling them in on the recent cryptids and mishaps that lead to her unusual apperance, and Locus taking about his home pack and their connection to the lunar world in turn. Eventually she lead them to a clearing, filled with a large group of wolves and rowdy pups. Pointing out a small, red wolf as the pack's leader, Maharen instructed the pair to go introduce themselves.

Eos was quick to welcome the pair into
Pont-y-Rhedyn. It didn't take long for Locus to see that the pack was struggling with the particularly harsh winter, and he didn't hesitate to offer his assistance to the pack's hunters. He spent the season hunting alongside them, helping to gather food and furthering his expertise under the guidance of the experienced hunt team. He would also learn more from Maharen, speaking with her about the pack's history and their mythos. As spring rolled in and the pack settled into a more stable position, Locus had never felt more confident in himself and his abilities. Satisfied with their time in the valley, Locus and Star decided that it was time to move on. Extremely greatful for his assistance, Eos gifted him a large blue jay feather and wished them safe travels.

Lore: When Locus and Star arrived at the
Northern Forrest Pack,they were very welcome. Star quickly became friends with the puppies and gave their pupsitters a break when he entertained the packs offspring. The puppies were fascinated by the antlers of Star. Locus noticed, that there was only one scout. So he made the decision to help them out until their new scout was old enough to overtake. The pack leader,
Fenrir, gave Locus and Star two white butterflies out of thankfulness.
