Anan was brought in by Vanya along with her siblings, however she ( along with Kirihiro ) weren't as talented at hunting as the rest of their siblings. So they became scouts instead, although they’re still learning under the seasoned Kan Ki, they show promise in the task given. Anan is also a bit more proper and straight to the point then Kirikiro. 

* 안안, named after a male kitsune character in the webtoon ‘홍도', however her personality is probably more close to ‘Kita Shinsuke’ from ‘Haikyuu!!’
