The night they met, they were visited by the goddess Mielikki, who blessed them with a daughter, Sanna, on the condition that they treat the woods with respect for the rest of their days. They agreed, and founded the Children of Mielikki, a refuge for the lost and lonely wolves, with the only condition of membership being respect and love for the forest.
