Garlain grew up in a pack of dispersal wolves. His mother left him with them. They taught him how to hunt and that's what he loves doing. One day he came back from a hunting trip and his pack was under attack by a large cryptid creature. He ran away and had to live alone for a while. He eventually found Bear on a hunting trip and he took him back to the pack and they accepted him. He's been taking fighting lessons with Bear to try and get back at the cryptid who massacred his family.
