Daughter of the king and his mate, Frida is known for her stunning beauty and charming persona. Many males wish to get her paw in marriage someday, but so far, she's shown little interest in such exploits. Instead, she seems to be on her way to be a scout, similar to her mother.

When the two became adults, Hnoss seemingly attacked Frida. Frida came back to the pack bloodied, with Hnoss arriving soon after, her sisters blood in her teeth. Frida claimed Hnoss attacked her unprovoked, and Hnoss was thus banished for this. After this, Frida has been acting strangely one could say, especially after Freya joined the pack. Perhaps, and just perhaps, its because she knows what happened on that fateful day.

She later had a pup with Veikr, but once they were born, shamed Veikr out of her life, claiming him 'too weak' to associate with, and began raising her daughter. When Freya joined, she used Hella as a way to gain information on the pup, and in truth, you could call her daughter a contingency plan.
