Samedi was first spotted by a man named Oleg ''Olle'' Yanovich in 2019 as he was taking a walk on his property located in the mountains of northern sweden. at first, he believed he had found a lost dog due to the unusual markings the 'dog' sported, but after further observation he realised it was in fact a adolescent wolf. He named it Samedi, since he first spotted it on a Saturday.
Oleg felt strangly drawn to her and decided to det up trail cams and see if he could capture pictures of it but had no luck until one day in 2020 he saw it again, now with a pack and even pups, Oleg now knew her gender.
Samedi stopped dead in her tracks as she realised she was being watched, grumpy, tired and alone after leaving her birth pack as an adolescent. This.. two legs, was standing there with a confused expression on its face. She sniffed at the air and decided that it did not smell like a decent meal, the two legs was a little too big for her to take alone anyway, perhaps she should come back in a while and see.. but now, she has a pack to aquire, she lifts her head and tail high and struts off with purpose and attitude.
