Faye

Faye was one of Myth's first pups, from a very young age she loved to run about, and she was very fast so Kazana talked to Myth about training her to be a chaser. Faye loved her training sessions and loved it even more when she was able to apprentice the pack's best chaser, Persephone, and she just couldn't wait for her chance to enjoy the real thrill of the hunt. When Faye finally became an adult she was placed into a hunting party with her mentor and embarked on her first hunt. She was told to take it easy and to mostly chase after small prey for safety reasons, but Faye didn't wait for years to catch a bunny she'd done that since she was a pup. Aztec had detected a large prey trail, and the team went on their way, after a while Faye saw movement but instead of alerting the others, as the protocol says, she sprinted after it, not realizing it wasn't prey at all. When she went for the attack the cougar quickly turned around and slashed at her face, it was an awful injury and Faye lost vision in both of her eyes. The hunting party carried her back home abandoning the hunt and immediately took her to Demeter to be healed. Faye healed quite well, but would never be able to see again, at least in the traditional sense... after the incident, she developed some "interesting" new abilities. Faye began getting visions, she would be able to predict pregnancies, or a fight gone wrong, and eventually, she could use this ability to get a mental picture of everything happening around her. She was even able to return to hunting and was exceptional as she could "see" what was going to happen moments before it actually occurred. These abilities only continued to grow after her injury.

After a year Faye became adept at using her psychic abilities, and one day Faye had a psychic vision of a wolf she didn't know, Foehn, in her vision she could sense he was in danger and nearby. Faye could tell he was important and demanded a search party be sent out in search of this unknown wolf, so her and the scouts travel to the riparian woods and found Foehn trapped in the pull of the river. When she laid eyes on him she had another vision, one of the future where he is her mate. They successfully rescue Foehn and invite him to join the pack, and Foehn graciously accepted. Foehn ended up joining the lethal prowlers hunting party with Faye, and they became really close and as her vision suggested they fell in love.

When Kazana was getting close to passing she actually asked Faye to lead the Ethereal Howlers, but Faye turned down her offer, as she loves her job in the pack, but she recommended her mate, as she could guide him and knew he had the best intentions.
