Sunstone is a wide-eyed and inquisitive wolf, with a particular interest in shiny objects. When she was a pup, her parents always had to keep a close eye on her. Else she end up tumbling into a nearby stream in search of river stones or shimmering scales!
While she can sometimes be a bit impulsive, Sunstone's playful nature and cheerful attitude often make her very popular among her packmates. While Sunstone has matured a lot since she was a pup, she never quite lost her love of treasure-hunting --- and still may occasionally wander off the trail in search of interesting new toys.
Sunstone's favorite food is salmon, and she enjoys basking in the sun on warm summer days. Her favorite thing of all is amber, and she has sometimes even joked that if someone proposed to her with it, she'd marry them on sight.
You get the feeling that she's probably kidding, but so far, no one's tried to take her up on the offer.

When SnowStorm met SunStone, she had been teaching a small group of pups about a few huntig tactics, and hadn't meant to make SunStone her practice. she has meant to pounce onto the small rabit carcass by the bush SunStone was in, but she had overshot. accidentally tackling SunStone and startaling her friend, WhiteStar.
After SnowStorm finished her lesson and apologized, she asked SunStone if she wanted to stay with The Storm Chaser Pack, to which both wolves agreed, and were accepted into the pack the very next Moonly Howl.
