Mansi's Guide to the chaos known as the Sonnenblumen Pack
As you walk around the clearing you don't exactly understand how things are still functioning and how this pack hasn't descended into pure chaos. Another wolf catches your attention. The wolf isn't half bad looking and has a nepheline coat with veneer markings causing him to stand out. The nepheline wolf catches you looking at him, and he flashes a kind smile and lumbers over. "Heya! I'm Mansi, I haven't seen you around here before so I'm assume that Tutanka saw you and thought that it would be a wonderful idea to have you join our pack." He snorts sarcastically as he says this, leading you to believe that Mansi has seen, whoever Tutanka is, bring home one too many wolves. "Oh I don't mean that in a bad way, mind you, but it just gets exhausting having to give every new wolf the same dang tour, I wish that we could add something new or exciting to the mix. OH! I KNOW! LETS ADD FLAMING HOOPS OF FIRE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE TOUR!" He chuckles at the thought and you realize you should probably tell him you aren't a new wolf that Tutanka has brought with him. "You aren't!?! Well okay then. Don't tell me you still want a tour of this place!?!" You look at a nearby rock hoping to ignore that question. "Well fine, just don't tell Tutanka that I complained about the having to give every new wolf a tour. He loves the idea of tours. I'll make this nice and simple and just give it a short break down. Okay? Okay."
- Tutanka is the current leader of Sonnenblumen pack, I'm his second in command. Tutanka does the important stuff such as distributing food, exploring, forming connections to other wolf packs, and things along those lines. I am in charge of the hunting teams and keeping track of who has eaten and who has not.
- When pups are first born, Tutanka looks them over and decides who would make a good addition to the pack and who is better suited to be sent to another pack. From there pups are kept until they are adopted out. "Until they are adopted out" is almost exactly as it sounds, he keeps them until they are adults no matter how many times he says he will chase them.
- Wolves are fed every day and played with every 2 or 4 days. Nursing mothers are fed first, then pups that are being kept, then any traveling wolves, then pups that are being adopted out, then adults, then adolescents. Playing goes the same way
- Tutanka usually waits until the last day of a female's heat until they are bred. It depends though on how many pups there currently are, how many pup sitters, and what season it is.
- If a wolf has to be chased, many things are considered that might make it more likely to be chased: What is the base rarity? The higher the rarity, the more likely it is that the wolf will stay. Is the wolf male or female? Male wolves get chased more often cause females can at least be sold while in heat. High stats? The higher the stats, the better the wolf to keep. Does the wolf look like someone put it in a blender with some dog poop and some chemicals, gave it a name, slapped a bow on it, and called it a wolf? Wolves like that are practically chased on the spot.
