Itâraĸ is the son of Baroness Eyja and Styrmir, and is the brother of Värna.
It's not necessarily that Itâraĸ goes out of his way to be unfriendly or difficult - rather, just when he feels he could start making friends, he realizes just how deeply everyone grates on his nerves. He couldn't tell you why, exactly, but his low tolerance for small-talk, platitudes, sarcasm, and bad jokes makes him perpetually ill-tempered in the company of others. He doesn't even seem to get along with his sister, and intentionally distances himself from his parents. Many have tried and failed to befriend the notoriously snappish Itâraĸ, and he believes it's unlikely to ever happen.
