Cheesy was such an impressionable young pup that grew to be an independent and sort of selfish wolf, he usually didn't follow Microphone and Pen rules or commands because his parents didn't want to be anywhere near him.
Though Cheesy is very loyal to Knife and Pencil (his parents), Knife trains him while Pencil helps him sort out herbs and teaches him all about healthy, poisonous, and neutral berries when a medicine is in need. Cheesy misses his siblings but knows they're watching him in the skies above.

Knife and Pencil are protective of Cheesy and Cheesy knows this because his littermates got murdered by Microphone and Pen. Knife teaches him about hunting, scouting, and physical movements while Pencil teaches him about Herbs, poisonous ones, healing ones, and also herbs for covering up their own scent for their own trails, murder scenes, etc.
Cheesy really looks up to his parents and they both say that one day they'll go out of the pack so they'll start a new one, though the thing is that they don't have much resources and all of that.
