Biography

🐾 Heavy was the heart of the new leader. 🐾

For Akita, it wasn't just saying good-bye to a confident and well loved leader. For her it was saying her farewell to her father. As the older hunters pushed the dirt back over his body she could see memories flashing before her. Under the full moon, as first kin of Nohea and Ambrosia, the pack looked to her for leadership. As Akita scanned the quiet crowd she met the eyes of friends, family, and elders. Nohea left big paw prints to fill, and an even bigger hole in her heart.

As the sun rose the next day she was met by a Spicebush Swallowtail butterfly perched just above her on a branch. It felt bittersweet to see such a pretty thing. Akita let a long yawn out before stretching all of her legs out wide. It was time to get to work, time to lead The Bravecrest Pack.
