Biography

After a long struggle with raising pups, Donoma gave birth to Shikoba.

Shikoba did not know her father, her mother never spoke of him. Different rumors spread within the pack due to her reluctance in even mentioning him. It was said that she seeked out a highly fertile male. It was said that she, "traded," herself. It was said that something was between them many, many moons ago. Regardless, it was all just rumor and Shikoba didn't care.

Shikoba was raised with high expectations. She was trained. She was taught to be highly respectful of her pack mates. She was even given a strict list of rules. Do not interact with humans in any way. Stay near water. Be wary of other wolves from other packs and don't hesitate to be aggressive if their intentions don't look good.

None of the effort made sense to her as a pup. As a teenager she just assumed that her mother was extremely protective due to her being the only surviving offspring in Donoma's life.

Shikoba was not prepared for the news she soon received. Her mother became elderly, she knew that. Her mother was the founder and the alpha, she knew that too. However, she will never forget the day that her mother went missing and the news she received from a scout days later. Her mother passed away, and Shikoba was now the new alpha of Locust Creek.
