Redd wanted to make a name for himself like many young wolves. He broke off from his old pack and met Half; another wolf who was looking to form a pack. The two wolves grew close to each other and decided to form the Bauble Pack. They chose the Deciduous Forest as their home and have stayed there ever since.
Redd's previous goals have since changed. He views the pack as his home rather than his legacy. Although, it does not stop him from wishing to be remembered after his death.
