He heard lots of barking and growling. As he turned to glance, he saw 3 racing wolves charging at him as if they were raging bulls! He continued to run only to find him stuck at the edge of a cliff. He turned around to get a run around but he only got a yard in before the 3 wolves stopped him and started stalking towards him. The first wolf chuckled, "You made quite a challenge. It's a shame this had to end.." Husky panted to get his energy back. He didn't move since thus jump seemed almost impossible.. but barely doable.. there's a chance he could die.. but Husky gathered all the energy his needed for that jump as they started to circle him and ran for the cliff and jumped. His chest ached from his barely succeeding. He was holding for dear life and clawing his way up best his could. He pushed himself up but slipped downward even more. Barely hanging. Husky slung his hind legs on the rocky surface on the cliff and tried to pull himself up. It took a bit but his did it. He lied there, catching his breath again as the three wolves stared at him in confusion, disbelief, and frustration. As all four wolves caught their breath, he got up and one of the wolves spoke, "Go, Badger. Make the jump." Badger, a white wolf with a black stripped face, black socks, and a grey brindle coat stared at their lead bounty hunter. "E-excuse me?! You want me to what? You know how far that jump is?! None of us can jump that, Cougar!" He pointed out. Cougar looked at Husky who was already getting up and growled, "If he could do it, than we can too! Now get going! Getting away!" The last and third wolf pinned her ears. "What if he doesn't make it?" She says in a worried tone.
A moment of silence fell over them.. "I won't let that happen," Cougar finally replied. "Now go!" Badger stared at the hight from the raging river below. He gulped and walked away from the cliff. And jumped off of it. Meeting the same fate as Husky who was already running off. He slid a few inches down and gasped, clinging on. He tried to use the same technique as Husky and push himself up with his hind legs, but he his claws couldn't make grip and his slid further down. This caused
Badger to fall down and plunge into the water. Cougar snarled, "Ahh! Raven-droppings! Skullcap go get him! I'll catch up later!" Skullcap ran off and Badger took another way around. Husky was already wallowing in mud, keeping his scent away. Then he ran into another wolf. "Oof! Please don't hurt me! I just need help and I swear I'll owe you anything you need if you help me, please just- AH!!" He was dragged into a bush as Cougar appeared, sniffing around. Cougar then raised his head. It seems he smelled another territory. It seems he smelled this strange she-wolf as well. She gives off a kind of.. alpha aura.. it smells like more wolves are near by too.. Cougar hurries out the territory. Waiting for him to be out of shigh and unheard. She crawled out the bushes and stared at Husky expectantly. "I-I-I didn't do anything wrong! I swear! Th-they're after a stone I found!" The she-wolf looked at the stone Husky pulled out his pouch. "So you didn't steal it? That's my family's royal stone. It'll be a shame if-" "I didn't I swear just studying it's power, not using it in any way! Honest! Just please let me join your pack I can't leave here, they'll kill me for this! I know another about herbs! I known about it, I can be your herbalist!" The she-wolf sighed. "How do I know you're not gonna cause trouble?" The she-wolf challenged. "Because O can prove myself! I swear! M-my name's Husky!" The she-wolf glared at him, "Crystaldawn.. if you ever try to do any funny business I will not hesitate to kill yours tail." Husky nodded quickly, trying his best to seem sincere but not a threat as well..
