Mercury and her sister Onyx reside at the lowest tier of the pack hierarchy due to their low status, with Mercury being the lowest-ranked of the two siblings.
Mercury is lucky to reside within a pack of wolves that treats all members with respect, but she still feels the effects of being a low ranking member. She is often one of the last to eat and is rarely ever chosen to go hunting with the other hunters.
She is an incredibly friendly and bubbly wolf that tries to get along with everyone but her over-eager personality tends to get her snapped at by grouchy wolves.

Mercury decided she wanted to find a new pack, disliking the lack of respect from her pack. She gave her sister a tender goodbye nuzzle and she set off. As she explored many days, She feared she would starve. Mercury lay under a tree, trying to get back some strength to get her feet moving, when she caught scent of a dominant male. She instantly cowered and rolled on her back, showing she was no threat. The black and white Male stepped out of the shadows, greeting the small female. “You are in my territory.” he said looking down at the female getting back on her feet with his grey eyes. Seeing the female was no threat after her roll, he offered her his pack shelter until she was healthy enough to set off again. As they walked to the den, during chatter, Mercury Discovered the pack had no herbalist. She had little training in it, but offered what she knew, to the pack. It was decided that Mercury would stay in the pack and train to become a herbalist. She awaits her new pack name.
