Fortune

Fame is a ghost, a remnant of a lost life. When Fortune died at puppyhood, his grieving parents conducted a ritual, designed to bring their child back from the grave. The ritual restored Fortune´s soul, but not his body, thus Fortune rose again as a ghostly ethereal wolf.

Fortune is alive, but not really. He´s there, but due to his ghostly existence, he can´t do what normal wolves can do. He never physically grows or changes, and is a growing mind trapped in a static body. He doesn´t need food or sleep. In fact, it would be impossible for him to do so, even if he wanted to. He can´t interact much with the outside world at all, as he goes straight through physical objects. He feels emotions and pain, but for him, that only makes his condition feel like torture. He´s there, but he can´t do much else but wander the world he can´t truly be in.

Fortune is a wanderer, and is known by his packmates as that one guy who can be found in random places at 3 AM. He´s also known to be completely annoying at times. Fortune is an slightly awkward but rather social little wolf, frequently waking Fame up at midnight.

Fortune is extremely loving towards his twin brother Fame, and will accompany him wherever he goes, whether Fame asked him to or not. Being a ghost, when he was bored, he has a tendency to haunt Fame´s things and move them around the room. However, Fortune secretly resents Fame, being jealous of the fact that Fame is still alive. To him, their fates could have easily been switched, and if Fame died instead, Fortune would have a better life.
