Ravens hang around him, and he seems to have an uncanny ability to understand them. Although his communication with the strange birds has led to more food for the pack, some believe that Aries himself is an omen of bad luck. He does not let the rumors dampen his spirit though, and the sharp beaks of the birds act as a deterrent to any wolves that might want to trick Aries out of a meal...
