Gaia started an adoption centre in hopes the pups that monarch Lilith deemed unworthy would get good homes instead of whatever they were planning to do with them.

She dislikes Lilith but she has nowhere else to go and Lilith does feed her so she bites her tongue and acts like she loves Lilith like it seems most of her packmates do

When Orion joined the Thorned Black Rose Pack Lilith immediately introduced him to her, he seemed nice enough but she was mostly concerned about what Lilith had planned here, after all, since she's an albino Lilith had made her one of their "breeding projects" so she figured that they must have something planned since they introduced them personally

However, Gaia decided to talk to Orion while Lilith wasn't there since she had nothing better to do with being pregnant, he seemed nice, and she likes to greet new pack members.

So she sat down to eat with him "You said your name is Orion, right? It's nice to meet you" she said "I'm sorry about being a little bit moody when we met, I'm not the biggest fan of Lilith"

"Hm? Oh," Orion said with his mouth full before swallowing "No, no, it's all good, you're Gaia, right? It's nice to meet you too, I heard that you're a great herbalist" he wagged his tail lightly

Gaia smiled "That's nice to hear that they think I am" she said "It's always been my dream, you know"

"That's nice to hear" he smiled back "I used to be a pup sitter but it looks like you have enough of those so monarch Lilith made me a hunter" he would like to still be a pupsitter but oh well, what can you do

"Ah, I see, well who knows, maybe you still can be one in the future" Gaia looked at him, thinking that his eyes are beautiful

"Ya, I hope so" he wagged his tail before noticing that the hunters want to leave "Well I have to go, it was nice talking to you though" he said before walking away

She watched him go, she thinks she will definitely get along with him, hopefully, he thinks the same.

Gaia was finally able to adopt out a wolf, which made her very happy and proud of herself, she hopes that Iris will love her new home

Gaia's pup Oksana died after eating toxic berries, she could have sworn she told her not to eat those, she's a herbalist after all, but she went and did it anyway and now she's gone. Gaia mourned her daughter's death, not wanting to do anything but knowing that she still has to fulfill her duties as a herbalist especially since one of the pups is sick.

Orion comforted her through all of this and almost became like a father to her pups, mourning as much as her at Oksana's death, like she was his own, Gaia feels like she might even be starting to fall for him, maybe he is what she needed to get through all of this.

Gaia found out that Lilith was now allowing pair bonds between members of her pack which made Gaia very excited and she maybe thought Lilith was good for a moment, she then asked Orion if he wanted to be with her and he accepted, which made her even happier, she hoped the two could have a good life together even if she still disliked Lilith

Soon after the two became a couple they adopted a pup named Pheobe who they loved a lot, with her being their first child together in a way, apart from the fact that Orion cared for Gaia's last litter more than their real father did but this pup was really theirs

You can after find the two wolves cuddling when they have no other tasks to complete and most wolves in the pack think that they're really cute together
