Visceral

Visceral is quite odd. It is difficult to tell her position on things, as her body language is, more often than not, very conflicting. Wolves avoid Visceral for this very reason, as she rarely speaks about her motives behind her actions and it is impossible to piece together what is going on inside her head, and she will take offence when asked about it. She is very stubborn, and her position on something, though it changes on a whim, will only change on her own whims. She can be swayed if she deems the other argument convincing, but often this is only in the case of other internal motivations. To add to this, she has a lot of conviction, and will not give up. She will threaten, blackmail, and intimidate. The cause justifies the means for her, and sometimes the means are brutal. She is very competent, but whether she uses this skill actively is another question. She is also quite self-righteous, and rarely (if ever) doubts her ideals. Outwardly, she can seem impulsive, as her actions are almost always odd and nonsensical, but Visceral does most anything for a reason, be it circumstances or her own odd whims.
Visceral was born to Alizarin, whose parenting style, while somewhat unorthodox, was mundane relative to Visceral's actions. However, she and her sister Elysian wowed the entire pack with their eyes - a pair of pupilless, magenta eyes, and then a third eye seated atop her forehead, like a rare gemstone embedded into her very skin. It blinked like an eye, and it acted like an eye, and along with the fact that both sisters appeared to have some form of unusualness - Elysian's infertility and Visceral's eccentricity. However, Visceral and Elysian were secretive about their features, and eventually the pack let it go. She grew up mostly normal, though was lazy in her adolescence. In her adulthood, Visceral refused to take up a role. With no role to give her and an overcrowded pack, Sunswept accepted she stay idly in the pack. Alizarin didn't back her daughter, but she refused to let Sunswept chase Visceral, and Sunswept complied. Visceral bred with the new breeding male of the pack, Kaleidoscope, and gave birth to two puppies, of whom she named Roadmap and Bubbles Wolf. Nix in particular was critical of the name choices, but no other wolf challenged Visceral. Later on, Visceral formed a bond with a new adolescent named Strawberry Blonde, and defended him from Nix. Visceral's puppies, Roadmap and Bubbles Wolf, grew up, but Roadmap eventually was forced out of the pack due to crowding. Visceral, using intimidation that paralleled her mother Alizarin's, scared Sunswept into bringing Roadmap back, and Autumnal left to make room.
Visceral's name was given since Alizarin thought it sounded cool and related to the "third eye" concept, as she intended Visceral to mean one's internal, instinctual, and usually subconcious, emotions. However, Visceral welcoms the interpretation of her name that suggests she was named after internal organs, as she is one for both gore and odd names.
