In the words of Sharpie, Poe is "A wolf to be treasured by many nations, and loved by all."

Poe was born during Sharpie's rein as lead, and under the guidance of Mable [Mother, Herbalist], Boscoe [Cardinal], and Tarot [Hunter's Moon Leader]. It was a time of true prosperity, where all pack members Thrived. Many changes were happening within the pack at the time, with new customs and traditions being made. A melanistic puppy being born was the last thing that anyone expected during such a busy time. Poe was welcomed by all with open paws, and was embraced with the same gentle love and care just as any other pup would be.

She was born to the devoted Ada, a very loving and caring wolf, who took pride in her daughter. Ada taught Poe from a very young age that being different is nothing to be ashamed of, and showed her how to embrace her true self. Every day, Ada would lead her to the nearest hillside, and they would watch the sun rise and set together.

Poe's time with her mother was unfortunately cut short at a very young age. After having contracted parvovirus, Poe's chances of survival were completely diminished, despite Mables intensive work to save the puppy whon she so desperatley cared for. The only hope for her to continue on being immortalization.

Ada did everything in her power to ensure that Poe would be immortalized, and she wouldn't lose her precious pup. She single handedly gathered all needed resources for the ritual, and worked extensively to do so.

Luckily, the ritual was a success. Poe was granted eternal life, and would no longer have to suffer at the hands of the parvovirus, which ravaged the poor pups body. Her illness had a deep impact on her, and she lost all memories of her dear, beloved mother.

Not long after the ritual, Ada vanished without a trace. Neither the best scouts or trackers could find a trace of her, not even Sharpie himself. It seemed like she vanished out of thin air, despite multiple pack members reporting that they heard her calling for them within the thickets of the forest.

It didn't take long for Poe to imprint on Sharpie and his mate Smurfette, who decided to adopt her and raise her as their own. They taught her everything that she knew, spare for the few lessons that remained from her teachings by her mother.

Today, Sharpie now takes Poe to watch the sun rise and set on the very hill that Ada did; and during Golden Hour, they run through the golden grass of the prairie. Sometimes Poe tells Sharpie of the mysterious brown wolf that runs alongside her.

Every day, she feels a stronger connection to the mysterious stranger.
