Frostbite was born into a large pack that ruled most of a glaciers run-off, meaning she was raised in naturally frigid temperatures during the summer and winter. However, the prey was still plentiful, and due to her packs size, they would occasionally take down large prey, like elk once in awhile. As she got older, prey started moving towards the base of the mountain, meaning her family had to move out of their normal comfort zone to hunt prey. Their thick fur was not used to the warmer temperatures at the base of the mountain, and this meant long hunting trips were required. This is around the time Frostbite was a young adult, when she was put on her first hunt. This is how she first met Avalanche. He was a quiet young male who had just joined her family's pack, and Frostbite was attracted to him. He was attracted to her as well. But, however, her parents soon took notice of this. Seeing as she wouldn't be allowed to have a mate in her packs setting unless she was alpha, Avalanche was chased out. Frostbite was sad for a long time until she left her birth pack to start her own. This is how she met Tala, who helped her start anew in her new home. At first, Frostbite expected she would have to begin alone without any help. In response to Frostbite howling to claim her new home, another howl joined hers. An oddly familiar one. Out of the trees approached Avalanche, who had been living in the area ever since he was chased out. Frostbite and Avalanche were happy to be reunited and set their home in a snowy valley that resided by a cave and a large icy lake.
